Not sure if this question is best answered in the main section or here where the mechanics roam. I am POSSIBLY looking into an upgrade of table. I want to make it "my" table buy making the pockets the size I want and replace and restoring any damaged parts myself...kind of my little project.

I ran across a Willie Mosconi (or Willy Masconi as he listed as)...I never knew Willie had his name on tables...anyone know if they were any good.

Thanks in advance

Just like Willie, Minnesota Fats had his name on some tables as well, but they were paid to have their name put on a line of tables, just so that would help with sales, but that didn't make them any good:wink: when either of them played pool...they played on Brunswick's, not their endorsed tables:smile:...but they were not BAD tables, but I'd still take a GC or Diamond over either endorsed line of tables:grin:

It could be a "Mosconi" table sold by Escalade Sports. If so it's a decent table. Jeanette Lee owns (owned??) one. The Escalade site shows they make a handful of models. Couldn't say about advisability of changing pocket angles etc.

If it is a Mosconi from Escalade they are made by Peter Vitalie and are nice furniture tables.
