Earl and Hatch not a good combination, they look like they just hate everything and everyone right now.

I said in a post several weeks ago I though the Euro side was going to win because they are more of a Team than the US. The looks here pretty much show that fact.

Its not only that, I dont know to much about the american players.
But so far Dennis Hatch seems like a very average player to me. This guy makes way more mistakes than any other guy. Cue ball positioning always way off.


Oh and did anyone catch Earl saying after the match " I played the whole match by myself"

You'd have to consider that the only other game of real import in pool is 14.1. 1 pocket is really a cultish game without prominence. With that said, if this was a straight pool match, the Americans would be loosing worse. The only euro who doesn't play that game world class is Boyes. In fact, the best straight pool players in the world are Europeans, without contemporaries.

Mosconi Cup should be Archer vs Soquet. It will be quiet, methodical and with almost no mistakes. Those two were the center of almost every Mosconi Cup and still are.
