Motor on Mid-Size Hightower lathe

I am selling my Hightower mid-size lathe and a couple of questions came up and I was wondering if I could get any help here.
- Is the motor brushless?
- What brand name is the motor or where can I find more specs on the motor?

The motor does have brushes and replacement brushes and motors are available from me.
