Just wanted to let my buddies here know that I will be moving back to South Carolina in the next week or so. I'm starting a new job there March 6. So Timberly, if you need someplace to stay when you come home, just let me know. Any road players coming through the area (upstate SC, Greenville, Spartanburg), let me know. I'll try to steer you the best I can.

I moved to Tennessee a year and a half ago from there mainly because my Dad was here. He died last February, so after being here a year with the rest of my family in SC, I feel like it is time to make a change. If I'm not on the forum for a while, it may take time to learn how to negotiate the forum and my new job :D .

Wish me luck. But I feel pretty sure that I will be happier there with my Daughter, Mom and Step-Dad, Sister, and Brother being in the area. It's a great pool area as well.

Hopefully, I'll meet a few AZers from there.

I was in Myrtle Beach about 7 years ago with the wife and kids. One night we weren't doing much and it was kinda late so I went to find a pool hall. I played some big guy for 5.00 a rack. He beat me like 10 straight games. I can't remember the name of the place.

I was gonna holler at you on MySpace to see if you wanted to hit some balls. Greg told me that he is re-opening Rack Time and having a big $1000 added bar table tournament the week after the Smokey Mountain.

I'll holler at you when I get back.

What kind of cloth do they have now? It used to be regular green and the tables played pretty good.

They covered there 8 foot table in this Brick Pattern Cloth. I can't shoot on it to save my life. All the lines and stuff, just blend together. They just covered it, but I sure hope they take it off soon.

Mike, that's very kind of you and I sincerely appreciate the offer, thank you. :)

Good luck on the move and the new job. Keep your eyes open for job openings... I'm always looking to move back south. ;)
 
Yeah I am closer to Greenville now so we can definately get together. I think Greg will be opening sometime in April. Hopefully things will get good there again.
