moving my snooker table

will be moving my snooker table from my parents house to my new home soon. Already have the company who made it dismantling it and moving it and putting together.

Question here now is - leave it on cement floor or buy carpet to put underneath it?

Def get the carpet in first. Or else you'll have chunks out of your balls in no time. As soon as you drop one, you'll have to buy a new set of balls.
