Moving Sale - Taylor Tenon Machine

I believe this was called a Taylor Tenon Machine. I purchased this machine some time ago when an old pool hall closed the doors and they were auctioning off all of the contents. I had intended on cleaning it up to make an old billiards display but I never seemed to get around to it. Now I am cleaning house after the move and it has to go. Price is $90 shipped. The cue is not included and the machine and butt support will be shipped without the board to reduce shipping costs. It is very easy to mount on a board or work bench. lol. i dont even begin to know how to use that thing. i would figure it out i guess. i just thread my tenons by hand with a little threader.

ok i got it. i guess you press down on the white and turn the black and it spins the shaft and cuts threads.

Nope wrong answer. Consider it like a large PENCIL SHARPENER, but cuts the wood flat like an smooth tenon without threads.

Very cool old school equiptment, but technology has passed it by with the more secured threaded tenon.

I love old school stuff, but have no need for it.
