Hi Folks,

After reading page upon page of unflattering remarks on both pro pool players and cue makers, I decided to let you in on a secret. Had an opportunity to spend some time talking with Jeremy Sossei over the weekend in Syracuse at the Salt City Joss stop. What a class act. Wish more players would emulate him. Want an American to represent what is good about American pool? Start with him.

After watching him from afar, thought he was our version of Ralf Souquet. Quiet, reserved, focused, private. After speaking with him for roughly half an hour, found him personable and articulate. Just like Ralf. His description of attending a tournament in Shanghai basically alone was thought provoking. Doubt if I'd have the courage to do it.

Anyway, just wanted to say something good about someone in the American pool world. Carry on.

Nice post Lyn, you hit the nail on the head. Jeremy has always been a class act, win or lose.
Hopefully he gets his big chance soon, he has been at it longer than he surely looks.
Thanks for posting something positive about pool.
See you soon
