I had this cue re-wrapped. UPS said it Front Door delivered it. I never received it. How do I appraise this. I'm filing a claim.

Mueccu Original from 1980. The original wrap was White/green spec. Had it changed to black and currently it was re-wrapped to White/double black. Excellent condition. Thanks
