Kelly is a great person to do business with and his standards are very high.
His full spliced construction is second to none.

Ditto this. Kelly is top flight. He built the cue in
my avatar pic there . I did a post a review here on AZB at some point, but the short story is he is awesome to deal with & his craftsmanship is superb. Perhaps equally important is that his communication as the build progressed was excellent and never left me guessing as to the status of the project. Plus he finished the cue when he said he would, a welcome anomaly in the cue building world. I would further add that if I were ever to have any cue maker build another cue for me, it would be Kelly. My cue will never be for sale.

I have a custom taper that Kelly used on my shafts, so my cue won't play like yours, but then again, do any two cues play the same? He does use a program he built in order precisely balance the cue as desired. Mine is perfectly balanced, so I can go that far.
