Sharing a few before and after pictures of my Centennial restoration. Just got everything put back together today. Anyone thinking of doing a restoration, takes time, but definitely worth it! Mark Gregory did all the rail work and told me how to do the legs, turned out amazing! 4.5” corners, 4.7 side pockets. Apple Green Simonis, I wanted to try something different, more like English snooker cloth color. I think it turned out great! All the metal had the anodized finish removed and then polished to a mirror finish. Mark used Klematch rubber on these rails. These rails play amazing, the rebound angles are perfect and true. Plays amazing!

Wow! Great light, too!
Thanks! That light is made by Mark Gregory also. He makes these lights for the Anniversary and Centennial tables. The light is 10' long, custom made for this table, matches the extruded aluminum skirts on the Centennial. When you have a proper light or proper lighting on your table, it's a night and day difference! You don't even realize what you're missing playing without the proper lighting. The funny thing about this light is right when Covid first started in 2020, Mark had a table/rails being delivered to Adam Carola in Southern California from his shop in Georgia and he offered to have his guys deliver the light to me here in Northern California after the delivery to Adam Carola. Sure enough, they showed up about 2 AM after driving 8 hours from Southern California! Mark Gregory has been great to work with, quality of his work speaks for itself!

Very nice table. Congratulations.
I never heard of side pockets smaller than the corners.
My bad, yes, 4.7 on the sides, not 3.7! 4.5" on the corners and 4.7 on the sides. Yes, slightly bigger than the corners! Playing on the table for a few hours, those tight sides make you think twice, play pretty tough.

Less chance of scratching in the side playing 1P. LOL

I've played a few games of 1P and yes you're right, less chance of scratching on shots you know you don't deserve to scratch on! I feel like in the few games I played at least, less of those "pull the rug out from under you moments" of scratching when you don't think you should. You definitely will get punished if you let one fly or try a super thin cut that sends the cue all the say back up to one of the corner pockets! These Klematch cushions bank with extreme accuracy too, looking forward to lots of great 1P play on this table for sure!

Here’s a few more before and after of Mark Gregory’s rail work on the rosewood rails. Sub rails were rebuilt and pockets extended/tightened. Polyester high gloss finish, I think 8 coats after refinishing. The pockets are tight but the pocket angle and facings are correct so if you deserve the ball, you get it, doesn’t randomly rattle a great shot or a spit a ball out if you hit it correctly. Not like some of these double shimmed pockets you get in pool halls sometimes.
