I have always wanted to test our Tony's version of the sleeved ivory joint. Never had a chance. I do love the hit of his SS joints, mine plays exceptionally well.
That is a absolute lovely, simple and classical Boar. Glad to see you posting the pictures

I discussed this with Tony when I ordered the cue. He told me that the ivory is for aesthetic purposes and doesn't affect the hit at all. It would hit exactly the same as his regular SS joint.
