you have great taste in cues, if i had the money my collection would be very similiar. i love simple cues that have nice grains to them and a touch of style like that unique wrap on the scruggs.
My daily shooter is the Scruggs, just because I like the weight (18.10z) and shaft (old, old Scruggs, 11.9mm, ivory ferrule). I buy my cues because of the wood and the quality of hit, though, and they all just hit a ton. I just like the lighter Scruggs for the feel of it.
I have TS sneaky and the shaft taper on it is just amazing. So if TS uses a similar taper on most of his cues I can undrstand why you like it so much. I will sometimes put my TS shaft and use it on other cues just cause I like it that much more.
I know what you mean, Bells. My favorite TS shaft is about 30 years old and was aged wood when he made it. The taper is super and the grain line is straight as an arrow. I use it on my Blackboar occasionally!
