Have been asked a few times what I have for a setup so here are some pictures. I recently modified the trash can so I can have a bag in it without it getting sucked up. A 1-1/2" hole on the bottom with a flange mounted to it with PVC piping attached, that then couples to a hose that goes to the extra port on the DC. A baffle made of MDF with channels and holes diffuses the suction and when the bag is put in and the DC starts, it sucks the bag to the trashcan sides. Filter is from Wynn Environment and filters down around .1 micron range. I also sealed all the seams/holes in the trashcan with caulking.
