I have no issues. Try closing all windows, clearing your cache and history, then restarting. If that does not work, try doing a hard reboot at the modem (With computer off, unplug modem, wait at least 15 seconds, plug back in, wait at least 30 seconds/until all lights are lit, then relaunch. Could be a provider issue!?!?)
EDIT: You may also wish to change browsers. IE is not the best with streams whereas Chrome and Firefox are!
