My Dream Cue!!

I want to get a cue built. Here are my specs:

Ebony sneaky blank or possible John Davis blank
Full 5/16 x 14 piloted Ivory Joint
1 1/2in Ivory Butt Cap
single silver ring below joint
All white inlays are also ivory

*Also need built around to fit a 5/16 x 14 pre-cat predator shaft!!


Its not very specific but based on materials and labor, quote me a price on pm or reply on here to all cue makers.

Pictures were hard to work with in photoshop, inlays may be over-sized and spacing may be off on the design.

are you copying a cue built for someone else???
i dont think most cuemakers would copy someone elses design
im not a cue maker so i could be wrong

If that would be the case than any cuemaker that has built a willie hoppe or Balabuska look alike cue would be at fault as I am. I don't see a patent on any of these designs and I am also not disrespecting JMW design by loving the design.

So I want to incorporate it in my cue.

Futhermore I am throwing out this build to all cuemakers that want to build it, including JMW. What if he is not available to built it. Do I have to suffer by waiting?

I have Doug Patrick building this one with a John Davis Blank. I am excited about it. Ivory Joint and Butt Cap.....YEAHHHHH BUDDDDYYYYY!!!

Good choice,,,,,,,,and a hard one to make I'd expect. There are so many good cuemakers to choose from. How did you arrive at the decision to have Mr. Patrick do this one?

I bought one of his cues on here 2 years ago and loved it! Recently, I changed to old predator shafts from the 90s with the small 314 logo on them. By doing that I couldnt shoot with the cue anymore because the old predators were never made with a radial pin insert. So I sold it and used that money to build this one with Mr. Patrick behind the helm!


He is great to work with and a craftsman with the ability to put out such a great hitting cue.
