My Ed Young and X347

Hi guys,

These are my 2 primary playing cues, an Ed Young and an X-Breaker X347 that was made by Samsara, now discontinued.

The Ed Young is a modified Kersenbrock taper, with a 12.75 linen ferrule. The stock shaft usually comes with a Chandivert or a Triumph tip. The cue has purpleheart Kersenbrock rings. Cue weighs about 19.2/19.3 and is very well balanced. Wood to wood joint, and 3/8-11 titanium pin. VERY very well pressed black linen wrap with white specs. Cue is signed Ed Young underneath the bumper. I ABSOLUTELY love the hit, and my Ed Young on order is going to be of the same exact specs. Piggy Banks of Chicago used to own this cue.

Unfortunately, neither of these cues are for sale. However, I will be putting up pix of my (also purpleheart plainjane) Andy Gilbert in the near future, which will most likely be for sale.

Enjoy the pictures, and thanks to GuyCrunch for helping me set it up right!

Very nice

I like my Ed Young as well. I have different specs. It really does play well. Very rarely do you have cues that make the game easier.

I agree

I miss my Ed Young, should have never sold it but the original owner wanted it back so I sold it back---then he flipped it. Bogus Deal!!!

Hands down the best cue on the planet!!!
