JER-Man,

My friend has a Scruggs similar to yours. He picked it up for sneaky pete prices. The cue cannot be appreciated in pictures. It is one fine looking piece of Bocote, as is yours. Everyone thought the joint was Micarta, upon close inspection, turned out it was ivory, so were the ferrules.

My T Scruggs sneaky could be the brother of yours. Exact same bacote, joint, butt capp, etc. Plays like a Corvette drives!:D

Purpleheart is best as an accent but Cocobolo with birdseye maple is my favorite.
