Hello all.
I just wanted to thank leonard for all the help he has given me in the past. I know he has been having a hard time lately with Janice being sick and all.
I have been building (or butchering) cues since 1994. If it wasen't for blud and 2 other people I have met in this buisness I would still be making boomerang's instead of cues. I have talked to nearly every big name cuebuilder that attends the shows and have asked many questions. Nearly without exception I was told don't build cues or was treated very rudely. I understand every new cuebuilder is more competiton but I would think if you build good quality cues and have an established reputation my 20 cues a year would not even make a dent.
I met Leonard thru Dan Breggin of colorado cues and he has treated me as an old friend ever since we met. He has always taken the time to explain anything I have asked him. Leonard has taught me many ways to make my cues better over the way I was building them before. I just wanted to say thanks from myself and on the behalf of everyone on az who you share your knowledge with. Those who have not gone to a show looking for tips don't know how nice you are for helping everyone out here.
SO THANK YOU BLUD Chris Byrne.
