My full spliced snakewood fancy Tonkin 8/21

wow..those inlays are so sharp!!! incredible work by Pete Tonkin.

snakewood is also very difficult to work with.

I find fancy cues to be as useful as an ejection seat in a helicopter, but I must say, this thing is astounding. you can't say pretty to many cues, but I think its appropriate on this one.

There is more than one way to do a full splice cue other than the traditional way. The points and the ring under the bridge's are build out of one piece of wood spliced into the four arm and butt sleeve. So it is a FULL piece of wood SPLICED in . Not sure of what else to call it.

No disrespect intended but I would not call it " fullsplice " just as I would not call Tony's butt caps " fullsplice "

Beautiful none the less.
