I have Ron Kilby building me a 3c cue as we speak. He is great to deal with and really tries to give customer what they want. I am getting a rosewood forearm, 4 ebony points w/ 1 natural wood veneer, kangaroo wrap (thank you Martin from Superior for a great transaction) white ivorine 4 joint and buttcap, Lambros-like black-silver-white-silver-black rings in joint, butt and above and below wrap, 2 laminated 10 piece shafts and ivorine 4 ferrules. 18oz, cored and what I really like is no screw connecting handle and forearm. he uses a large threaded wood joint here. I also get the first cue where Ron has used metal in his rings.His prices are reasonable and does not have a 5 year waiting list. He says @ x-mas for delivery and has sent me a progress pic (cant upload for some reason though) with more to come.
