~My New Favorite John Showman Cue~

Nice cue

John Showman is getting better and better and his suddle changes on classic designs is amazing. The new style lazy S, the new school bowties along with others I can't think of are taking old classics to new levels. I saw a ebony on ebony cue with the craziest set of veneers and inlays at SBE and it was jaw dropping.

Congrats to the owner on a great pick up and a thank you to John Showman for your creativity and freshness to the traditional cues... keep up the great work.

This cue belongs to a good friend of mine.. John and I also played a bit of a joke on him at VF.. John primed him saying the cue might be ready.. I told him I talked to John and the cue might be ready.. Thursday I told him John couldn't get it finished. I had it out in our display for sale. I told him I got it in trade and he was thinking about buying it.. then I couldn't hold it in much longer.. I said that is your cue buddy.. he couldn't believe it..

We are just a bunch of clowns... lol

i can't believe you'd do that to tom......... He's lucky i wasn't in on it. I could have walked up, and shown he "the cue john just delivered to me"
