It turned out to be a 3 piece, 1" slate table. I have the original cloth (yeah, might be 30 year old) replaced with a new Titan. Thanks for all the suggestions from you guys!

I got this table for free. Hired some professional guys to move it to my house and it cost me $325 plus a new Titan cloth $125. The total cost is $450.

Yeah, the lites are a little bit high. This is because the chains come with these lites are fixed length and my garage ceiliing is a little bit high. I plan to fix this issue later :)

It's a early 70's Fischer (Delta/Questor) table. And I like these score counters! Easy to play straight pool :)

looks like a plastic dart , dart board to me though..

Very nice, but the light... is it really pool lights? not very traditional to me but its cute, and the dart, hmmm you can change that with an old poster or your old school banner or something, i like the setting except the light and the dart.
 
In your garage...does the humidity seem to affect the speed of the table? Do you have a dehumidifier?
 
Wow. The only thing better than a free pool table is.... well, I can't really think of anything right now :D

I don't know, maybe I should have a dehumidifier later to see if it makes the ball go faster.

Also, it's pretty cold in Portland (OR) right now. In the garage it's about 30 - 40 degrees at night. The guy who moved the table for me said the bumper will work much better when it's warm. So I'm thinking to get a heater in my garage to see if that helps or not.

i'm curious because i'm looking at doing the same thing, what sealing and/or insulating measures did you take if any?
