My new pool cue

As mainly a snooker player, I felt extremley uncomfortable with a 13mm tip, so I was looking at getting a Predator 5k2 with a Z2. I have played pool sometimes with a snooker cue, but the few times I did, it didn't feel very good. I couldn't get very much spin and there was a lot of deflection (10mm tip). But I found a very interesting cue (well at least I think so anyway). The tip size is 11mm, and that may sound too small but for me it is perfect. I think this is the tip size I can get maximum spin with, feel most similar to snooker, and there is little to no deflection! It is actually an ash snooker cue, but with a pool cue ferrule and slighty larger tip than most snooker cues. It is 20 3/4 in weight and it is a one piece cue. I thought this was a very interesting and an incredibly good cue so I just wanted to post a little something on here. It may not be that much to look at but it's what's inside that counts. ;) Here are some pics: http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p206/ho-fo-sho/Snooker001.jpg http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p206/ho-fo-sho/Snooker003.jpg

also while I'm at it I thought I'd post some pics of my newly aquired snooker cue, which, if anything, I like a little more than the first cue.

Sometimes a 1 piece cue plays as good as anything. Just looking at the table in your pic, 6 footer? wow whats up with the cuts to the side pockets?

It is supposed to be a 6 footer, but that is lying as the table including the rails is six foot. the play bed itself is 5 and a half by two and a half. The side pockets are pretty messed up yes and play very easily :D . But the table is great practice when I occasionally play with 2 1/4 pool balls, because the pockets are snooker cut (corners, any way :p ) but they are actually tighter than the snooker tables in ranking events, at 3 inches. Also, sorry I suck at taking photos of cues, never done it before. :p
