Did this jig not go into production or is ita special order item?
If it's not available, do Tonkin still make his jig and have anyone used it?

It's a nice jig, but if you want to give credit to anyone give it to Ernie Gutierrez - that's where Joe "borrowed" the design. Ernie's is built onto an actual lathe, but that's about the only difference.
