I bought a cue from one of our fellow AZBilliards forum members RATCUES about a month ago. Let me say, I am super happy with it. Not only is it beautiful, it has a solid hit and nice feel. The red palm and curly maple compliment each other perfectly. I have had a lot of compliments already on it.
Also, the customer service was great. He gave me a discount to get just the butt end of the cue and then offered to do the custom ring work on the Mcdermott i3 shaft i bought for the cue, for FREE! I am still waiting for the cue protectors that are supposed to come with it but as I understand it Ryan has a bit busy. Ryan, thanks for making an awesome cue at an awesome price!
