Just hit balls for a couple of hours with my new scorpion cue and I have to say that it is the best cue I have ever played with and well worth $150, the hit is so crisp.

For the first time in my life position play felt extremely easy, I love this cue.

PS

A big thanks goes to pooldawg for their fast service.

I liked my Scorpion when I first got mine , Glad you like yours , I've had a couple different cues over the past year , the only thing I didn't like about my Scorpion was the figerglass shell over the shaft .

Then I switched to a Mcdermott and now I just bought a falcon ( still waiting for it to arrive ) but you've picked a brand you like so that's what matters .

Good luck shooting .

My first ever cue was a Scorpion and I loved it and still play with it every now and then. My only problem with it was I got it too light (18oz) and I like 19-20oz cues. Most of my friends choose the Scorpion over my higher priced Viking.

To Rob: I don't know how long ago you bought your scorpion cue but the shaft that is on mine has no fibreglass coating on it at all.

To GatorCC: I find that 18oz is now the perfect cue weight for me, whereas before my old playing cue was 19oz in weight its strange to think that an ounce in weight can make a difference but for me it has, I go as far as to say I saw my game improve some today.

I bought mine about a year an a half ago .

I have a few of them JA has gave me over the years and they play great. I was suprised, I dont like the shaft they come with they need to be switched out to get a top playing cue.

Anyone thinks I'm full of BS come visit me and I'll get out a Gus, Barry, Bushka, and some other production cues, and you'll see that it's not a Gus but is better than any other production cue and below only a handful of custom cues maybe 12 or so custome cues play better than a Scorpion with a good shaft.

Thats my honest opinion, and i will back it up, come on over:smile: and see

best
