oops sorry for the caps.
So tonight before I jumped on here like 6 hours ago, I played a buddy a race to 9 8ball. My back was hurting so bad I couldnt think, I was full of morphine, and it didnt help one bit, I was sick from it. I still am I have been up all night,
What I did to compensate for my pain was I stood up like Keith in that match he played Buddy in, its a Billard Club Network video, Keith is wearing a black sweater. I felt like I looked like Keith in that video, I wasnt upright like Fats, I shot fast like Keith too. I wish I had a video because I felt like Keith looks-to me. It was a disaster at first I was missing everythingi was down 6-1, then I got the hang of it and came back 7-6 ahead, then I lost 9-7 it just hurt to bad to play.
Here is my observation: in the beginning I couldnt make a ball, so I started thinking about the cue, just the cue, and the delivery of it. nothing else and it just flowed after that, I was spinning the hell out of the rock if need be. Or killing it off the rail, I was doing everything just fine, all things consiered, My elbow and shoulder were dropping it was a mess, I wish I had video of it, I wasnt side arm, but It felt and looked Keith-not as good, but my point is when I just thought of the cue it all came together no matter what I did with my body, but i have played so long I know how to deliver the cue with good fundmentals. But its possible to play good and use bad fundmentals-I wouldnt bet on myself playing like that, unless i was on the monster lemon of my life.
