Just arrived from Ron Thomas. This one is brandy hornback, from his signature line of leather. Came out very nice I think.

nice case vinny. ron builds one of the nicest cases out there today. and that is a great color, great case.

Thanks Guy, it must look similiar to yours. I like how he attaches the lid to the back of the case with the snap, very unique.

ron's snap arrangement in the back is the slickest setup around, i love mine. and the case is not that heavy. overall one of the nicest cases around.

Very beautiful case.....Ron does make some nice ones...been considering one for a while...but there are so many nice custom case makers out there, sometimes it's just hard to decide...lol.

VERY NICE case you got there Chenz, I'm sure it came out gorgeous. Could you post a pic of the nice cue in your pic for me, along with who made it? It looks nicely done! Your case matches it pretty well. (I assume the cue is why you got the case)

Thats a sick case. I have a Ron Thomas red croc and its a real eye catcher. They look better in person photos cant do the cases justis

Love the case. That shade of brown is beautiful.

That Mottey is also "pretty" sweet. Nice leather. I know that style leather feels superb. You must of had a little help picking that out. :p :p

So thats a Mottey cue, huh? VERY NICE!! You know...I live so close to Paul Mottey (about 3 hrs away) and have yet to try one, so could you give me a little description on how they play? Stiff, whippy :eek: , firm, etc...What kind of deflection do you get with it? I'm curious is all :D Nice cue Chenz, Jeff

I have a Ron Thomas case from back in the mid 90's and I still love it. It's a 1x2, and I have been kicking around the idea of getting a 2x4.

After seeing your case, it's now in "Serious Thought" mode...

Sure is! And there's a 57 on the other side. They are both still sealed full of Jim Beam.

I like the snap too!

Here's mine! Almost sold it but came to my senses!

It is the gray leather ostrich pattern case. The case has the feel of fine glove leather. And the snap too. It is so much nicer than I expected when I bought it from a buddy that told me how nice a case it was before he shipped it to me .

I think the snap on idea originated from the old meucci case.

Your case is beautiful! But it is just screaming "steal me steal me"

If i ever get a case like that i would be filled with pride but at the same time develop bladder problems as i would not dare to leave it alone even for a moment to go to the toilet!.
