Since you seem to have had a few of his cues, curious to which of his playing shafts do you prefer?

I have only had his standard shafts.You should talk to Jim,regarding the kind of hit and play that you want .I like his shafts @,12.5 mm to 12.7 mm. But that's just me .Good luck with your new Pierce,and please show it when you have it .

Marc, Yea we spoke in length regarding shaft choice since I had never played with a Pierce. I currently play with a Predator 8K & SS360/2 which is 12.75..

Very anxious to play with it once I get it.

Hey Jim,I am mistaken.On my all ebony Pierce,I had 2 bowling alley shafts,and I am spoiled forever.Best draw I ever had and a freaky good hit.Jim Pierce has 3 level of shafts,standard, old growth and bowling alley.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BOWLING ALLEY SHAFTS.GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR NEW PIERCE CUE.
