With the latest letter from KT it is obvious that the players will now all wait for the 7-10 days to see what happens next.
No legal action of any kind will be initiated.
That will take us into November.
At that time there will be another letter to extend it for another week.
Then there will be a letter stating that players will be paid when they arrive at Chicago.
All the players will hope this is true and will show up in Chicago. At that time one of two things will happen. 1) KT will have the money and pass out the check or 2) KT will not have the money, will not be there, and there will be a notice at the front desk saying the tournament has been cancelled.
If #2 then the players will turn around, go home, and go on with their lives. There will be no legal action.
KT knows how to pick his pidgeons. Just like pool hustlers know how to pick their pidgeons. It is just the old story of what goes around comes around.
KT will then sell the rights to this story to the TV networks and it will be the best movie since the Sting and he will make millions.
And a SUV will be repossessed in the final scene as KT drives off into the sunset in his Mercedes.
