Are you an "A", "B" or "C" rated USBA player? How do you know? What statistics do you have about YOUR game? Do you keep your innings when playing for fun? Are your innings kept in any tournaments you play in? Do you have a way of checking on your average? Are you playing in a League? Do you aspire to raise your points per inning average? Do you care at all about your average? Talk to me and tell what you think, what you would like to see, and any suggestions for the USBA on this topic.

Rating / Avg.

To answer my own Post. I enjoy keeping innings and getting a good sense of how I'm playing. Playing in a Sat morning tournament frequently I can keep up with my scoring. It's sad to say, but I am a solid "C".

Merrill,
Sometimes I wonder, who is flakier? Pool players or Billiard players? It really is lame when you have to talk to yourself on a post. Anyway...

I keep my innings occasionally. When I practice, usually it's a game to 25 against myself. I don't really document my average, except from the USBA tournaments that I play in, and the tournaments that I host on my table. There isn't a league here, I mean who would we play against? I am currently playing in "C" territory, but edging in toward "B".

I find the current USBA ranking system seems to work fine.
