Your stroke is not as staright as you think it is. As has been pointed out by others, your tip moves off to the left. You even hit the left side of the bottle rim a couple of times. So look back at your stroking arm as you move it back and forth and see if you can tell what is causing that. Also, since I am an instructor I know I am expected to tell you to go see an instructor, but I realize that may not be an option for you. So, my advice to you is to take some of the advice that has been given here. Pay particular attention to Rich93 in paragraph 2 of post #13, and Neil in steps 2 & 3 of post #20. Cameron Smith made some good points, also.
