Your stroke is not as staright as you think it is. As has been pointed out by others, your tip moves off to the left. You even hit the left side of the bottle rim a couple of times. So look back at your stroking arm as you move it back and forth and see if you can tell what is causing that. Also, since I am an instructor I know I am expected to tell you to go see an instructor, but I realize that may not be an option for you. So, my advice to you is to take some of the advice that has been given here. Pay particular attention to Rich93 in paragraph 2 of post #13, and Neil in steps 2 & 3 of post #20. Cameron Smith made some good points, also.

thankyou for the info

i went down to the pool hall and i found what cause my cue to move left then right. on my way back i pull it towards me and i had someone who is extremely good at pool tell me that there is nothing he could tell me to fix it that i have to feel it out and adjust the error. he also said not to worry much if i cant straighten it out because even with an unorthodox stoke i could still maybe play good. but i am going to work hard to keep it straight. when i do get it straight i will post a video and hopefully you will see improvement.
