My Szamboti, Omega/Dpk collection

Hi All,
Just wanted to share with all of you my collection of Barry Szamboti and Omega/Dpk cues. All of these cues can be seen on my website but I just thought I have them all line up here for easy viewing. Some of these cues have some very interesting history attached to them especially the inlayed Omega/dpks. Enjoy them and feel free to post any comments you have on them.

From top to bottom:
Cue 1: Mike Bender
Cues 2-8: Omega/Dpks
Cues 9&10: Barry Szamboti

Any chance you'd part with the afezelia burl and ivory Bender cue? I've loved that thing since the first time I laid eyes on it.

Great cues Erik! I especially like the Szamboti's, the Bender and the Ebony forearmed DPK. What is the starting price for a Barry Szamboti right now anyhow?
 
So thats where all the Omegas are! Great looking stuff and I like the current look of your website right now.

Not right now... I still like that cue and it plays very well!!

Im not sure what B. Szam starts at but I would guess $2000-$2500 for a basic cue. The prices on his cues in the secondary market are very high because he is not taking any more orders and I heard he has a 12 year wait... So if you want one, you'd better pony up....Like I did... and now Im eating ramen noodles :(

Sure..3rd cue from the top is a ultra rare 6 pointed omega/dpk (omega/dpk's standard is 5 points). Supposedly this cue belonged to WPBA Pro Vivian Villareal. I know this much, its is a possibility because Vivian used Omega cues during the 90s.

5th cue from the top. This was first of 2 Mike Bender's personal playing cue. He made this cue back in 1989 when Omega started before DPK joined them. This is probably the only Omega out there with Mike Bender's name engraved on the pin. It was his playing cue until 4 years ago. Im the 3rd owner of this cue.

6th & 7th cue from the top. These cues were made by Mike Bender for his brother Mark when Mike was with Omega.

8th cue from the top. This is the 2nd cue that was the personal playing cue of Mike Bender. Was one of the first cues that he inlaid and even then his work is top notched. He called this the 'Incardona' cue because Billy Incardona played with a similar design cue. I believe Mike only made 8 or 13 of these cues with the same design. Im the 3rd owner of this cue.

2nd cue from the bottom is a Barry Szamboti. I think the story behind this cue is that Barry made this cue for his friend as a wedding gift of sorts in which Barry was the best man.

So these are just stories that Ive heard about these cues. Some are 100% true and some maybe not.
