I'm going to be down in Myrtle Beach for a week in early November to play some golf and get away from the Canadian cooler weather. I was just wondering if there are any cue builders in the area that I could drop in and say hello to.

Hi Mase,

I noticed you are from Cambridge, must be nice to be close to A&M, my absolute favorite wood store in the whole world and the coolest one too!!

If any of you have never heard of them, on your way past the veneer room (about a 60 foot by 100 foot space) you enter a room about 30' x 30' filled with Gaboon Ebony, Amboyna Burl, African Blackwood and on and on....it's like wood heaven!! Not to mention the real wood store is up a rickety old set of stairs to the main room. I've seen them burning cut offs from exotics in there to heat the place in the winter, what a smell!!

Just drove by there about 4 days ago, unfortunately too late to hit the store.

I get wood from them occasionally but I get more from Exotic Woods in Burlington. It must be that close to home doesn't seem as "exotic".
