Mystery cue - id help

Hey guys i recently acquired this cue and i would like some opinions on who possibly made it. I took a cheap gamble here but whatever the result the cue is a keeper. Cue came with 1 shaft but it may not be original to the cue. Any info would be appreciated.

That cue was for sale on AZ as an unknown. TommyQ or something like that.
 
The wood on the fore shaft is not straight grain maple and the joint looks like a Palmer design. It has the markings of a custom blank and cue.
 
Joint looks a bit like the ultra joint thing that Lambros does. But I don't think I've seen a Lambros with a metal joint.
Or Schuler.
