Mystery Custom Cue Builder ID

I have a cue I just acquired that has no ID/Builder markings on it and am curious if any members have an idea of who the builder might be from the style alone.

The cue came with the original 60's - 70's looking well built case custom looking case. The cue is solid, very well built and plays very good.

Seller said it came from Estate of a well known person in Sothern California.

Any ideas, suggestions, ideas will be appreciated,

Any ideas - Ferrule appears to be old possible Westinghouse Micarta. AB Inlaid flowers in Figured Rosewood with maple rings. Tiger BEM nice. Shaft wood is what I consider unreal.

Wow that was fast, never surprises me how much people know about cues on here. never heard of these. But the older Adams are great quality cues.
 
If I am not mistaken that would put the age of the cue in the late 1980's to early 90's.

BAM Mystery Solved - Nice one MNB Appreciate you taking your time to post positive ID. Played again this afternoon and it's a pleasure to paly with. The case is what threw me off as far as age it looks like 70's to me.

Makes me feel good being related to ADAM/JAPAN and Helmstetter. I have had a bunch of his work over the years no disappointments.
