Name that Cue

Ok so here is a cue I know little about and in fact I do not have the cue, these pics were sent to me in hopes of gathering information. Well I have nothing. There appears to have no markings on the cue whatsoever. It is about 20-30 years old. That is all that is known. Here are some pics

any info would be appreciated
 
do you have better pictures? It would make it easier to identify(if possible) the cue if we could see better detail
 
Make sure to include some close ups of the joint, and also take some measurements (diameter at tip, joint and butt) It looks like the joint pin is in the shaft rather than the butt which is a popular design choice in Canada.
