Would like some help identifying the tip on my playing cue. It's from 2008 or so and I'd classify it as medium-hard to hard. I stopped playing for a long time but really like the way these tips play.

Lepro or Triangle - most ppl got it it seems like, but it looks like installed very long time ago so you can't know which one.....Im learning a little toward lepro.

Edit: I knew it was installed old before seeing that you actually said its from 2008 -- anyway I think its Lepro.

Triangle. Continue using Triangle. They are the best non layered tip out there.

rub spit in it and let it sit over night and then do it again. saliva is meat tenderizer and it will be back to great after a few picks at it.
it has 15 more years left in it.

i have some 50 year old tips .just fine.

I completely agree but I think it’s a triangle too…

Seems like it's a knowledgeable group, I reached out to my old cue guy and it was indeed a triangle tip. Just ordered a bunch.
