Names of spots/handicaps.

I've heard of the "Orange Crush" spot, and I just wanted some clarification. Is that the 5-out and the breaks, or *just* the 5 and the breaks?

Also, what other interesting names for spots do y'all know of? And don't just limit it to 9-ball...

"The Gun", which if I remember correctly is the wild; 3, 5, and 7.

Well, I haven't heard this in twenty years, but "money in the bank" once meant that the player giving the spot had to bank the nine ball to win.
