Navigator tips

with the Navigator Chalk the BEST

they are good as G2 or the Dennis Searing Tips, much better as Kamui (black or Brown)
the Rainbow S is a bit harder as a normal S from any other Brands and I love it
the Rainbow M is a bit to hard in my opinion
the Black S or M are really good
the Blue Impact S I installed yesterday and will try today:wink:

I give you a Tipp
cut from the Rainbow 2 or 3 layer from the Glueside if you like the Tips not high, much better believe me and the Glue holds better:wink:

just my 2 Cents

A employee @ McDermott's told me yesterday that the blue impact was the tip to keep my eye on. Let me know how you like it.

I've had a custom cue for for a couple of months now. Original shaft I put on a blue impact soft and felt great. interesting how they made it to be 15 layers. just picked up and edge hybrid for this cue and put on an Alpha Soft. pretty decent but I prefer the blue impact soft over the rainbow tip. Don't get me wrong, both of these tips are great tips. But the Blue Impact seems to be a bit more reactive when it comes to cueball english. Maybe its the methods and techniques they use to glue all those layers together.

In Germany's forum a few seem to be playing them.
They do glaze a bit, rest seems quite OK, people seem to think that the hardness is not really well described, so you'll need to check that.
Rainbow seems to have more problems due to the coloring.

I do feel they are way overpriced and yes, the distributors seem to do price fixing.

The completely blue ones are marketed as a Snooker tip, if I'm not mistaken?

Cheers,
M

Just bought a Blue Impact Soft tip.

Anyone have any experience with these set of Navigator tips?
