The winner of the qualifier spot will go to the NCS 14.1 Continuous National Championship at Comet Billiards, Parsippany NJ scheduled July 31 - August 2, 2009. The top two finishers of that event, in addition to cash and prizes will move on to the World 14.1 Championship.

I stopped in late got to see a few matches near the end:

On the one Loss

Eric Harada over Bart Mahoney
Eric Harada over Roy Futternick (100 - 96 I think)

When I left, Eric Harada was getting set to play Robert Aldana with the winner going to the finals against Frank Nordmann

As fun as it was to see some good 14.1 competition in Sac, I was up at 4am for work and I couldn't stay awake anymore. ZZZZzzzz...
