Nearest Poland Predator shaft repair service,WHERE ?!!

Hi,yesterday my friend broke his ferrule during drawing training !!!He called to someone who sells these shafts in poland just to find out that for now nobody cant fix it.Its a bit strange to me,what is so hard in this,i've changed many ferrules over the years,is it the foam thing that makes this so hard?
Anywway,can anyone of you guys can point me nearest service point of predator cues?Remember,we are from Poland
