Need 3/8 x 10 plus an extension

Which production (non-custom) cue company makes cues with a 3/8 x 10 joint that also have accomodation for an extension? Not an after-market extension, but one that's made to fit their line of cues.

I see that McDermott fits this profile. Anyone else?

For some reason OB cues does not make an extension for their cues...

The only 3/8 x 10s I see are their jump and break cues. Most everything else is radial pin.
