Need a handle for Crossslide assembly!!?!

I have a homemade lathe and the cross slide has lots the handle or cranks for the cross slide assemblies. Who makes or offers, cross-slide cranks or handles, I don't know the actual name for these. What are these called? Who supplies lathe parts? Small assembly like a jewlers lathe size???
