I know it is hard to tell from a picture, but does this look like ivory to you guys.

I'm far from an expert, but it looks like it could be Ivory. It might also be an Ivory substitute like Elforyn.

Who made the cue, could be as simple as contacting the maker for verification.

Leon Sly is the maker. I know the joint is ivory. I tried to call him but my wife called at the same time.
