Need a repair

I guess this is the right place for this.

I have a shaft that seems to stripped out or something. You think it's going to tighten up and then it keeps turning. I'm assuming a insert would fix that. Who wants to fix it and how much is it going to cost me. 3/8x10 pin

Your repair will require a plug to be placed in the shaft and retapped.
