for one of the guys on my pool team. He has been using a broke down cue that has a screw on tip, also uses a warped cue with slip on tip repair. I have been letting him use my cue but woould prefer a cheap player so I don't have to obsess with my cue getting dinged. Old dufferin, mali, etc. Thanks, John

dude players sneaky petes are like 50 and great player cues. one team on a night that i play on had everyone pitch in and buy one of the guys a cue. could work

I live where there is a very limited selection of cues. I bought a rage cue last year when we were at LTC's and that cue is still being used, but that place is over an hour away. I may ebay it but was hoping for an old player here. John

Natural maple Mali.
For a tighter budget. Hit eBay, seen Mali's there before for less.

Cuetec never fails as a cheap option. Go for it, is the best deal you can get for this money and also 2 r360 shafts. I had 2, they play great and solid. R360 also have a little LD.
Nice seller also.

How about a price range?

Under 100.00. I am in essence donating this cue. They can barely afford the leagye due, I have been paying extra. The econamy here is crap and these guys are all doing odd jobs here and there. Only 3 out of the 7 of us hae regular work.

McDermott sells a low cost cue with the brand name of Lucky.
Check them out . $39 to $89 here:

I just bought an all maple McDermott Lucky cue at the end of a big VNEA tournament for $40.
Terrific cue for 40-bucks, dead straight.
I think it would be a great player for someone looking for an inexpensive cue.
The only problem is the MSRP sticker said $39, so I paid a buck over retail....
I never pay retail, so paying a dollar over retail really blew my mind.
