need an adjustment...will pay lots of money

A few years ago I was really drunk and thought my tri-pod griller was an alien so I tackled it. I must have thought I was a superhero also, because I recall leaping from a few yards. After missing the alien by a yard...anyways, I have a fractured bone in the joint area that healed improperly. The ligament around the area will never come back. I basically have only four working fingers in that hand. What adjustments should I make to get my stroke back?
