I got a josswest stainless joint/pin. Pin got chopped. I got the pin for it just need a cue maker to repin it.

Stainless steel, Ivory, etc, etc
So you need A One stop shop to send it too. Just in case something goes wrong and possibly the joint cracks if it's Ivory. Finish would have to be applied if something should Oops?

So you have to ship it because your local maker is busy.

Josswest Cues have become collectable,
So this next statement is AZ's fault.
You need to have someone do it that has a name, in case you sell it and disclose the repair.
You don't want to say
Oh, so and so did the work and the potential buyer says
