I have no doubts that if you email or call Chris, he will respond. In my book, he has excellent communication and even BETTER quality work. Top notch... His cues sell for less than they're worth by a mile.

Well I called him and ordered a cue just the way I like it

Ivory joint,ferrules,and Hoppe rings with straight grain maple forearm
and green spot linen.
Also mother of pearl diamonds in each point

I have owned one before and loved it,thanks for all the kind words and help
